Implementation Engineer

Job description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Diagnosing software problems, localization of the problem’s sources, identifying the bugs
  • Installation of SmartVista products
  • Communicate to customers about the steps necessary to maintain and update software products
  • Assist in documenting of SmartVista products and installation instructions
  • Assist in testing new releases/updates
  • Remote and On-site Support of software products
Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux operation systems as a confident user
  • Knowledge of payment industry standards such as ISO8583, SOAP and others
  • Experience with various testing tools such as MAS, VTS and others
  • Knowledge of C language is advantage
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent people skills
  • Positive attitude
    Understanding J2EE (WebLogic)
  • Oracle database administration
  • Understanding of basic principles of e-payments and cards payments technologies
  • Three or more years experience with software development or support
  • Experience in banking and finance, payments industry
  • Experience in payment and card processing software
  • College degree preferred
  • Courses certificates in a technical related field such as ORACLE, Unix is advantage
  • English - fluent

Dispute manager

Job description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Normal (8/5) work schedule
  • Daily tracking of incoming/outgoing dispute cases
  • EOD checking
  • Register, investigate and prepare cases for final decision
  • Preparation of regular management reports
  • Preparation quarterly reports for payment systems
  • Communicating with external and internal partners of the processing centre
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Tracking operational rule changes at International Payment Schemes (VISA, Mastercard)
  • To participate in implementation and testing of new functionalities


  • Comprehensive business and technical knowledge of bank card processes
  • Minimum 2 year experience in chargeback handling according to VISA and Mastercard rules
  • Knowledge of VROL/MasterCom usage
  • Strong problem solving skill and precise working
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English is highly appreciated
